- 16 September 1976 - leased out to TOA Domestic Airlines (Japan - became JAS in 1988 - merged into JAL)

- 14 April 1978 - returned to North Central

- 1 July 1979 - merged with Southern Airways to form Republic - ship 854

- 1 October 1986 - merged with Northwest - ship 9854

- October 2003 - repainted in new Northwest paint scheme

- 10 May 2005 - Hydraulic problem after takeoff at Minneapolis / St Paul and returned. While taxiing near gates, lost nosewheel steering and impacted Northwest Airbus A-319 (N368NB) parked at gate. Nose and cockpit section severly damaged- no fatalities.

- April 2006 - broken up and scrapped at Minneapolis / St Paul (KMSP)

- 5 January 2007 - Deregistered by FAA
